The software utilised is ad-hoc and continually developed within C.R. Service. It allows responsive processing of the practices for the phone and home collection, of the Back Office, and can be easily integrated with the systems of the various customers. Our programme is designed for both Microsoft and Linux environments and therefore has the maximum flexibility to be able to adapt to our customers requirements.
Debt recovery agents are equipped with vehicles with localizers, tablets and portable printers. Through a specially designed on-line App and remote server, the customers instantly receive a receipt for the payments made. In the absence of signal this is possible even in off-line.
